Who will be coaching you?
Hi, I’m Priscilla Kuti-Ukaegbu.
I’m a trained coach, writer and community builder whose work sits at the intersection of human development, leadership and purposeful execution.
For more than 15 years, I have mentored young people in different capacities—helping them recognise what is inside them, navigate defining seasons and step into purpose with greater clarity and courage.
As Vice Principal of The Cave, I help steward a community devoted to developing people who can lead, build influence, create meaningful work and make money practically without losing the deeper work of character and purpose. My role involves mentoring, teaching, designing transformational experiences and helping people move from insight into responsible action.
Across those years, I have had the privilege of midwifing young people as they found language for their gifts, made difficult decisions and stepped into work and exploits that once felt beyond them. Coaching is a natural extension of that work: a focused space for clearer seeing, honest reflection and intentional movement.
I’m not here to prescribe your life. I’m here to help you see what may be difficult to see from inside it.
